Okiedoke, here's a little bit about me...

I’m Scarlet, a Graphic Design graduate from Arts University Bournemouth with a love for branding that digs deeper than just a logo. For me, the best design is rooted in storytelling, culture, and the slightly messy world we live in.

At university, that meant creating HARK!, a Shakespeare-inspired protest brand that explored how his themes of power, identity, conflict, and love continue to play out today.

 

HARK! went on to be shortlisted for the South West Design and Digital Student Awards in June 2025 and won a Creative Conscience Award in August 2025.

​

This whole experience really cemented how much I care about creating work that means something to people.

​

Along the way, I discovered a soft spot for strategy. I’ve been part of the M&C Saatchi Open House programme for two consecutive years, and interned at Walker Agency in Bournemouth, where I learned how fresh perspectives can completely transform the way a project comes to life.

 

Right now, I’m excited to jump into the next chapter, joining a creative studio as an intern or junior designer, bringing curiosity, big ideas, and probably a slightly chaotic pitch deck or two...
